We do not monitor, mediate, or police the use of our service. You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to:

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are final. Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions and our commitment to user anonymity, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been confirmed on the blockchain and the eSIM has been delivered.

Please ensure your device is unlocked and eSIM-compatible before purchasing. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before sending funds.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. eSIM Mobi does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Network coverage and performance may vary by location and are subject to the limitations of our underlying network partners.
